What would you do?

So I walk into a Target and do as any other guy on this forum would do would be to go to the "tech".

 

As I was there I saw these two woman listening to a pair of beats.

 

One says to the other (and I quote) " WOW! these headsets are amazing..... They seem to be made to listen to".

 

At this moment I felt as if I had lost all hope in humanity. 

 

 

If you were in the situation I was in, what would you do?

Kindly show them a better pair of headphones that are cheaper, and let them listen to them so they could her the better quality.

well since the are most likely the average consumer so they do not care about how good they are but i mean you do not really see sennheiser booths in stores only like beats because they are a name brand like apple

I agree, but they were in their 20's and in the tech section the worst thing I could have done was to criticize them.

Well that was probably the first pair of expensive headphones they have ever used hence why they think there amazing they probably only have the ear pods that came with there iphone to compare and beats are amazing compared to them lol i remember my friend tried on my beats pros and he was like omg ive gotta get a pair but he is not into tech nor has ever had a good pair of headphones u cant really do much if they like it and it makes them happy just let them be they can do whatever they want with there money if they cared they would have done research or asked a forum.

Yeah one day I took a pair of senhiser headphones (can't remember the model) and showed them to friends that have beat let them listen to a few songs 1 of 3 people weren't convinced and those two people have that exact model of headphones.

I am looking for a better answer than walk away and let them believe beats are the best. Literally any answer would do ( even if it defied all laws)

I love how everyone bashes Beats headphones. They're not that bad. Are they the best? No. But they're way better than a lot of lower end headphones.
Places like Target generally have a very limited selection on display. A majority of them are Beats. As a result, they sell more.

You can give them some examples of headphone manufaturers that are much better like AKG, Sennheiser, Beyer Dynamics, and so on. Most importantly, direct them toward sites like Amazon, like the highest rated headphones page, for instance!

Why would one, listen to a complete stranger in a store, when there are staff ( who really don't know anything ).

 

They would obviously listen to the people working there, not you.

I listened to some beat audio headphones before, I was unimpressed, the sound quality was only marginally better then my $40 pair of koss head phones I brought about 10 yrs ago and I would never pay the amount they want for them. I really need to get a new set of head phones soon.
