Some keys on laptop keyboard not working properly

I am new to this forum so please forgive me if I am not following the general rules of this forum.

Lately, I am facing a problem on my DELL G5 5587 laptop keyboard. Some keys like left ctrl, %, ^, ), volume down button are not working properly i.e. if I check my keyboard output at http://en.key-test.ru/ then the output is blinking for the above-mentioned keys whereas it is normal for other keys. If they work then all of them work together or otherwise every key has the same problem. Everything is working for an external keyboard. I wonder if this is a hardware problem or a problem with the drivers?
