On the image above you can see that after asking about when the 3000 series would go back to MSRP, my post got removed from the NVIDIA reddit not long after. I dont see any of the reasons above to be a reason for this post being removed. Everyone in there was civil and can give you screenshot of the rest of the comments.

that's how they want to run their subreddit, so -shrug-

and it's kinda a pointless question if you ask me, no one can give you a concrete answer

The mods, trippin on the "power" of being a mod for a circle-jerk forum like reddit, removed your post, because they could.

No other reason.

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

It’s honestly just embarrassing to remove or hide a post about a bad launch, like we get it, it doesn’t make the product look good, but that’s how it was and they should have at least wait a bit longer until they had a bigger supply.

I did not ask for a concrete answer in my post, but for people's opinion, based on previous launches and etc. I have like no idea how prices for the 2000 series  were moving.

yea, it's a fair thread to make for discussion, i wont deny that

but they may not like that kind of discussion so they closed it down

it's not the first time they did something weird like that

it's entirely up to them to moderate the subreddit however they like.

This Subreddit is community run and does not represent NVIDIA in any capacity unless specified.

You can't blame Nvidia for something their community does.

While I don't agree with them removing the post, I assume they did it because it was a "millionth time someone asked this" type of deal.
