I want to add the fastest possible GPU to my old intel XEON W3690 rig. I use this PC For Video Editing on Adobe Premier.  Please send your recommendations.

If you have no budget limit, and need it this second, pick the most expensive Quadro. (that'll be at least $8000)

 

If you've got a limit, you need to say exactly what limits you have.

On a platform that old, by the time you get to higher-end GPUs, you'll be best served by upgrading the entire system. 6 cores on a decade-old architecture are going to be the main performance limit 99% of the time.
