Hey can anyone tell whats the issue is?

dwl2234

Hey all this is my new monitor MSI G241 IPS 144hz.

I bought it a month ago, past week I observed this line, I ignored it. Today another line appeared. I can replace it but just want to know any one knows about it or not.?

Thanks

A defect in the panel. I'd get a return if you can ASAP.

I had vertical lines in one of my monitors at work, eventually had to be replaced because it stopped working all together.

Absolutely. You must return it. It should be covered by the warranty as long as there's no physical damage.

No it's got nothing to do with the power. Usually it's a bad connector for the LCD panel.

100% defective. Just be careful there isn't any physical damage present or they will claim that is the cause.

Scramble to return, if the return days end, you'll be short of 2 hundred. If return period has already ended, call MSI, the warranty should cover
