780ti SLI is wayyy overkill if your monitor is 1080p.

4930K is used for professional rendering or editing, the 4770K still does an amazing job streaming.

To sum it up very simply, the 4930k has 2 extra cores. That will get you faster renders in video editing and professional applications. For gaming you'll receive no benefit whatsoever since you wouldn't even be using the full power of the 4770k for games.

As for 780ti SLI being worth it, well not necessarily. If you're playing on one monitor, especially if it's just a 1080p one, you won't be able to find a game you can't run at ultra at like 100+ FPS, so it is quite overkill. A nice alternative would be 780 SLI, that would only be about 1000$ and still give you comparable (kind of overkill) performance.

Your builds are to overkill for your use scenario a 4770K and a single 780 ti system is all you need for gaming and streaming right now since you are on 1 monitor, you could also use shadowplay to stream to twitch.

so it wont change anything to in game render since the GPU will take care of it ?

The 4930k is ivy-e and has 6 cores. The 4770k is haswell and has 4 cores. Neither are really worth the money for gaming unless you have unlimited monies.

No, it's not worth it unless you have unlimited money.

Pretty much a waste of money for what you're doing. Most of the games you plan to play and stream will run on an overclocked toaster.

so it wont change anything to in game render since the GPU will take care of it ?

I think he means that the CPU won't make a difference in the games because the GPU is doing the rendering.

@OP That's correct, the 4930k will do absolutely nothing for you in games. The 4770k is plenty for your usage.
