Hi, is there a programm that takes for example spotify music and uses it as a microphone input?

Virtual Audio Cable would work for this purpose.

Basically you need to:

- Install VAC
- Set Spotify's output to "CABLE Input (VB-Audio Virtual)"*

- Optionally if you still want to hear Spotify, right click the audio icon > Speaker Setup > Advanced > Recording > find CABLE Output > Properties > Listen to

- Set your call program (i.e. Discord or something) to "CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual)"* 

 

Only disadvantage is that now your microphone won't work with that  

*if the program doesn't support setting the output, use Settings > System > Sound > "App volume and device preference" (at the bottom) > set the program's output to "CABLE Output (VB-Audio Virtual)".

 

This achieves exactly what you asked for, but maybe you have more requirements for the program.
