If it's really as fast as they say and your desk is big enough, i'd go for a 43" Asus or even the 48" (i think) LG CX OLED TV.

The RTX 3090 is gonna work best with a 8K or 4K display. I think that a 3090 is a bad deal though if youre just gaming, i would go for a 3080 even if you want to game at 4k.

i am 95% sure the 8k Demo is BS or only possible with DLSS in supported games.

8k is over 30 Million Pixels, 4x the amount of pixels in a 4k screen. It'll suck for AAA games without DLSS.

Basically these:

https://www.rtings.com/monitor/tools/table/36835

And maybe this one, depending what you're looking for in a monitor.

https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/samsung/odyssey-g7

Rtings is also testing LG 38WN95C-W right now, so the results should be out in a few weeks, they also have already bought Samsung G9, so you might want to keep an eye for those results as well and LG 27GN950-B has already basically won the voting so once it's released they should be buying and reviewing it too.

Please do read the sticky, it has lots of good information about monitors.

$1000 and doesn't have HDR, horrible contrast, poor black uniformity, sub-par factory calibration, lots of overshoot and isn't even 240hz or more.

Thnx Again  Gaires,

For your co-operation   !!

I actually saw that , alienware model  advertise cyberpunk , so i thought it should be good option   for upcoming  titles !!

Should you go with HDMI 2.1 or DP 1.4a port?

Are you planning Multiple monitors? I'm planning 2 DP 1.4a and then a 1 HDMI 2.1 for the gaming monitor

I go with the LG CX OLED.

They do a fantastic 1080p and 1440 so even lower end cards can enjoy them.

Also 120fps is doable.

On modern AAA titles with high and ultra settings my CPUs run out of steam at 1440p at just over 130fps. I expect it to be about the same at 4k.

As for the 43" ASUS I bet the text on my 55" OLED is sharper than that 43" VA.

If ur goign for 3080 performance or above, be it a 3080, 3080ti, 3090 or Big NAvi, and u dont mind about Display size, i'd sugest doign what im planning on doing.

Get an LG 48" CX OLED, 4k, 120hz, VRR, BFI, HDR, and all the goodness of OLED.

Just remember OLED will need some minor changes to ur habitual usage to ensure u dont get the so called 'burn-in'.

I'm sorry for the late response, I don't go on here alot. it's a bit of an older monitor from 2018 but it's up to you; I would get this monitor on sale though, if you can it's up to you. There's a two LG monitors that has 144hz and newer features compare to Acer's x34p at 120hz; what I recommend as the best ultrawirdes 34GK950-F(last's year lg ultrawide)  or 34GN850-B (newer model but priced higher) LG makes the best IPS ultrawide monitors but there's better opinions to choose from if you're trying to save more money and be on the value side but still have a really good monitor. Tell me what you're looking for, I'll help the best way I can.

But only difference between 27gn950-b and acer x34p is 27gn950-b is newer, 144hz, probably more or better features (I'm not sure), 3840 x 2160p resoultion compare to x34p 3440 x 1440p and the x34p is bigger than the 27gn950-b.

Thank you for your time, have a lovely day.

I am in a similar situation to yourself, but going for a dual monitor setup which then restricts me to two 27" monitors.

I should be receiving a LG 27gl850 today, and will see how that is compared to my 24" zowie xl2546s, mainly FPS games that I play, then work and studying.

Depending on how that is, is it handles games, I might buy a second, maybe black Friday, or if it comes back in stock, look at the 27gn950 monitor.

It looks like you need to provide more info, use of monitor, I only see cyber punk listed, how many you need, distance you sit away etc
