Will RTX 2070 or 2070 super bottleneck R5 3600? Or the other way round?

With the new release of Ampere, it looks like the best card I'm gonna be able to get is an RTX 2070.

 

If the price allows, I plan to match it with the Ryzen 5 3600.

 

I just want to know if I will experience any bottlenecked performance. I will be running at 1080p

2070 with a 3600 is a fine combo, i'm expecting a 5-10% bottleneck by a r5 3600 with a rtx 3070 at 1080p.

Not if you're targetting a locked 240 fps for a high refresh monitor at max settings in certain games

Depends on what you're doing.  Some apps are more CPU intensive, others are GPU intensive.  If you watch Gamers Nexus, all of their benchmarks are bottlenecked by an RTX 2080 Ti.  Other benchmarks focus more on the CPU, so they'll be bottlenecked by the CPU instead.  

Games are no different.  Especially as AMD has been crapping cores into the market for the past few years, game developers will realize that they can utilize multi core processors without depriving their market of performance.  This may well result in even high end GPUs being more of a bottleneck as there will be 8, 16, 32, 64 (etc) core systems delivering frames to them, rather than most games today using one high performance core to give work to the GPU.

there is always a bottle neck but this is a nice pairing.
