I use a linux distro for some things that windows can't also testing hardware to make sure it works right and shows up right

Triple booting Windows 10 2004, macOS Catalina 10.15.3 & Ubuntu 20.04.

 

I actually strongly prefer macOS over Windows & Linux, it's a really nice OS to use but I spend most of my time in Windows playing games.

Do you use a Hackintosh or do you have a Mac with no t2 chip or something

I grew up on SCO Unix so am jaded against W$. I like the stability and useablity of it. System can run for months without a restart. M$ needs a reboot no longer than a week. Not to mention being riddled with malware/trojens to spy on you. 

I use three flavors of linux at the present. UBU20, Slak and the hacker version :|) But I am a good hacker, honest!

Really nice, I use budgie desktop environment, loving  that. Few issues here and there so don't use it for work, might start daily drive it if those issues are resolved.

Ok may try it and if they iron out the issues maybe it could become daily driver material

Heh, dual booting on main pc, also running VMs.1x laptop=windows, 1x laptop=ubuntu. 2x server running freenas currently.

More application support. The adobe suite is non existent on Ubuntu.

Windows 90% of the time, the other 10% is MacOS. 
 

For my next system, I’m looking to triple-boot Windows, MacOS and some form of Linux.

Ok cool. Currently I am trying Deepin OS in Virtual Box and it is really neat except from the App Store which is slow and mainly in Chinese

I forgot to mention, I’ve been using Kali Linux in a VM for a course I’m currently doing. I’ve found learning some stuff a bit annoying (guess I’m just used to Windows) but overall I’ve been having a good time.
