To me it looks like on of the stock fonts that comes with windows.

Looks like arial, with a stroke added to the outside and it squished together slightly.

I kinda found it to do this:

 

 

 

When I get home I'll get back here with the font I found.
I know they played with scaling and spacing.

 

Here it is:

Arimo is the name of the font.

I had to scale it a little bit to really get it just like the logo, but everything written on the splashcreen is spot on with various amounts of spacing.
