Nothing with Ryzen? All with integrated graphics which is bad.

For your budget get HP Envy 360 with ryzen 4500u or 4700u.

Ryzen 5700g @ 4.4ghz all cores | Asrock B550M Steel Legend | 3060 | 2x 16gb Micron E 2666 @ 4200mhz cl16 | 500gb WD SN750 | 12 TB HDD | Deepcool Gammax 400 w/ 2 delta 4000rpm push pull | Antec Neo Eco Zen 500w

As long as you don't need the 2-in-1 feature, Thinkpad X1 Carbon 8th gen for sure!

It's a work machine provided by their employer, I don't think whether it has Ryzen or not matters. There's also no budget as it's a list of machines offered to OP.

If you want to fully take advantage of what they're offering you, I'd go for the Dragonfly for portability and premium build OR Latitude 9xxx for reliability. That said, I'm sure that your employer will replace or repair the thing if something goes wrong, so this is really much more of a choice of preference on your end.
