My Pc just straight won’t turn on idk why

1. Did it work before?

2. What parts are you using?

3. Did you change something in the PC recently?

4. Are you sure everything is turned on?

5. Any visible damage?

6. Do you have any other info you didn't mention before?

You'll need to provide more information if you expect us to actually try and help you sort it out.

What's the full spec list of the system, have you tried any sort of troubleshooting and have you recently changed anything noteworthy in the computer?

"All you did?" That was a whole bunch of stuff.. Hard to isolate problem when so much gets changed at once.

I'd say double check everything's connected properly, including RAM firmly seated.

Since you didn't answer all the questions, I am just going to have to guess.. But I see you have an Asus B450-F board, thus you have an AMD AM4 CPU, most of which do not have graphics out.

So if you do NOT have a CPU that ends with a G (i.e. 3400G), or an A series CPU (like A10), you're going to need to install your videocard to get graphics output.

What CPU are you using? Have you checked whether the RAM is properly seated, and have you tried clearing the CMOS?

It looks like you had a graphics card in there, does the system not POST even with the GPU installed?

Also, small sidenote, you'll want to flip those bottom fans around, so they run as intakes, not as exhausts.

I’m using a Ryzen 5 3600 and ram is seated good the system doesn’t post with or without gpu and I’ve tried clearing cmos

Install the videocard. That CPU cannot POST on its own without one.

When you installed the graphics card, did you also plug the display cable into it or into the motherboard?

You have two completely different sets of memory, try taking out the new memory and try booting with just the old sticks. You shouldn't mix and match ram, if you are going to buy additional memory make sure it's the same model, it looks to me like you're using two completely different kits that may not be compatible with eachother.
