Caps-Lock Notification

Go to solution Solved by mariushm,

Open task manager and see which application is related to the keyboard.

Look in the system tray (that area by the clock) there may be an icon for the app and you can click/right click and select options and choose to disable "on screed display"

If not, you could stop that application from starting when windows start - check the options for the app. or use the application that allows you to select which applications are allowed to start when you log in - i forget its name now, but if you google something like "windows 10 configure which applications launch at startup" or something like that, you'll find the answer.

In windows 7, it was start > run > msconfig  (the startup tab)
