Is corsair TX-550M enough for my PC's power needs ?

CX750 is not only fine, but it's overkill.  You could use a lower wattage CX if you can find one.

Yeah, what everyone else said. I'd go with the 550 watt PSU, but mainly because it has over temperature protection, while the 750W PSU doesn't.
