heard someone say that the AMD stock heatsink is as good as he hyper 212, not sure how true is that but idk if the diff is worth the money even if there is one

 

overall looks good, but the cpu and gpu ratio is kinda weird imo

personally would consider dropping to ryzen 5 and getting a better gpu if budget allows

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

I'd save $200 and get the RTX 3070 but if you can't wait 2 months, go for it.

Just for reminder, if you really want to OC your RAM with that motherboard, you may need to re-plug GPU so many times because the battery which is used powering the motherboard in saving the BIOS settings is behind that thing, and the CMOS jumper is not working sometimes. Also, i suggest you to update the BIOS  from F1 to F2, if you want mess around with that. Good luck and looking forward for your build mate!
