new cpu issues

So im kinda new to pcs and whatnot and i just installed my 9700k to better match my gpu but every time my pc boots now i get to the arsenal gaming boot logo and automatic repair comes up with a loading wheel and then freezes with the cpu fan goes full tilt and never gets past that. any help would be very much appreciated.

 

I have a b360m bazooka but am planning on replacing it down the line

full specs? 

clear the cmos and then try. but again, specs?

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

Turn off the computer, and unplug the PSU power cord from the wall socket.

Remove the CMOS button cell battery from the motherboard.

Leave battery removed for ~5 minutes.

Put battery back onto motherboard, plug PSU back in, and power computer back on.
