Don't mind the thermal compound in there. Anyways I need help and I don't know what else to do other than get a new motherboard because the ram I have/brought works on another friend of mine pc. So yeah. We are stuck and don't know what to do. Im now sad, worried, scarred and alone.

1 - try taking 1 sticks of the ram

2- try taking 2 sticks of the ram

3- try taking 3 sticks of the ram

report back if those doesn't work.

- Did you use the manual to make sure, you took out the right stick?

- Do you have another CPU to test it out to see if the memory controller is broken?

- Do you have a different computer to test out the memory?

- Might be a mother board memory channel issue so you might need to RMA.

Clear CMOS and reseat CPU, while doing so check for any bent or broken pins. Then boot with only one stick of memory installed in slot 1.
