MSI GE62VR huge CPU bottleneck

Hey guys, bought 3 years ago an MSI GE62VR which has an I5 6300HQ 2.3Ghz - 3.2Ghz (Max at 2.8GHz all cores) and a GTX 1060 3GB and it does not have any issues with temperature but its a locked CPU. It usually goes to the 65-67C at max load.

Is there any way to get an unlocked bios or to unlock the multiplier of this CPU (In XTU the multipliers are greyed out)? Since in almost all games the CPU is at 100% use with no tasks in background and at max clock (2.8Ghz allcores) and cant deliver +60fps in some games which im sure with a bit of OC could do.

Even if you mod the BIOS - you'll overload the power delivery immediately and the laptop will fail very quickly. It's not designed to handle even 10W more than what the CPU uses stock.
