I mean at that point I would either steer to the 3900x (useful for blender applications) or a 2070S, but I personally would not buy a 2070S, I would wait for next gen Nvidia RTX 3xxx series. If you can't wait the RX 5700XT is the better value buy right now as it nears the 2070S with regards to gaming performance but costs less than a 2060S. 

 

But you can go for more CPU, better cooler, better motherboard, and better case.

Yeah I make 3D models in blender and use UE4 and stuff, but I don’t know if getting a Ryzen 7 3600 will make a difference.

3d modeling will pre pretty simmilar between the 3700x and the 3600, but cpu rendering is much faster on the 3700x.

The 580 and 1660 are pretty even. The 1660S is somewhat better if you can afford it. Though then you should also look at the 5600 XT

I mean at that point I would either steer to the 3900x (useful for blender applications) or a 2070S, but I personally would not buy a 2070S, I would wait for next gen Nvidia RTX 3xxx series. If you can't wait the RX 5700XT is the better value buy right now as it nears the 2070S with regards to gaming performance but costs less than a 2060S. 

 

But you can go for more CPU, better cooler, better motherboard, and better case.

I personally don’t know if I would spend that much on the CPU, does getting the Ryzen 9 3900XT make any differ very much from the Ryzen 7 3900XT I’m personally gonna wait to see the prices drop.

3900XT is only worth it if you can get if for like $30ish more than the 3900x IMO.
