I’d also like to point out U4, was stretched out but enjoyable and have a nice end to Drakes story. 
 

Would love to see Amy Hennig’s version of the game, though, before Druckmann kicked her out.

Anything by Nintendo. The replayability and test of time still amazes me. I still have crazy amounts of fun playing Mario Kart Wii and that game is 12 years old. Same goes for mario party and various other games on the N64 and DS.

My wife is into the newer titles and especially loves Mario Kart and Zelda...I never got into 'racing' games, but still really enjoy the older titles like Mario 3, super dodge ball, Super Tecmo Bowl and Super C...they're simple, mindless fun that are just retro-awesomeness.

I suppose I've been in the Final Fantasy universe for most of my life, although that has come to an end with XV and now VIIR. I no longer recognise the gameplay with the move to action based combat.

 

I'm only been relatively recently introduced to the Yakuza series. Love the story, but again action combat isn't my thing. But they're doing a reverse Final Fantasy. Really looking forward to the English release of the next title which goes turn based combat.
