Just slap a Ryzen 3600 and get a B550 motherboard if there in stock and you'll be set. RXZ 2060 should be capable of 60fps at 2080p, its your CPU holding you back. Might wanna consider getting faster RAM unless its already 3000MHz or higher.

(I'm reading this part list as though you already OWN the parts, please let me know if this is not the case)

Any links? Im not really sure what motherboards are compatible with ryzen cpu's (still very very new to tech) and im very worried my pc wont work because of incompatible parts

I would change the CPU since the 3800x doesn't make sense when the 3600 (pure gaming) and 3700x (gaming, streaming, workstation) exist (same game performance), the motherboard is an overpriced trash even if it will handle a 3600, the case too (please let your hardware breath).

I mean, if you wanna go all in on performance, I got a 1800 buck build (2k would get you a 10600kf with a nice mobo)

It is but human, to err, to buy a PSU, akin to dirt,

but fret not, young Padawan, for we will tell you,

what will become, of that, which you have earned
