So I tried to take my CPU cooler off, because my fans were not spinning, and my CPU fan was not spinning. So I thought maybe it was the CPU. The CPU is in the right way. But, when I tried to take the cooler off, it looks as if it took the thread ends of the motherboard with it. It's hard to explain so I included a picture. You can see the holes of where you used to be able to thread in the cooler. Those are the spots that the cooler completely took away with it.

Was the pc working at all or was this on first build?

What is your motherboard so we can use a reference picture of what you think it should look like? It looks like on the bottom right hole there is something behind it

CPU: i5-4690k @ 4.4 GHz | RAM: 12GB DDR3 1333MHz | GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 580 4GB
