Will an i5-4460 bottleneck a GTX 1660 Super?

Hello, I'm planning to buy a graphics card for both rendering and gaming that is less that $300. I have an i5-4460 processor with 8gb of ram and I don't know what graphics card is compatible for my processor so it can avoid bottlenecking. 1660 super is one of my choice but I don't know if it will be bottlenecked. What do you guys think or suggest?

good value is more important, you would run into some bottleneck issues in modern AAA titles but for rendering and any slightly older titles the 1660 super will do well for you

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

I would say the CPU would have an impact on modern game frame rates yes, you would likely not be able to make full use of the capability if the GPU where it is being taxed heavily.

You may wish to spend less on a cheaper GPU but that may result in even lower frame rates.

I also agree the 5600XT is a good choice to maximise GPU utilisation without risking lower frame rates of an older GPU.
