Ok here's the deal I brought all the parts already only part I need is the i9 9900K once I buy that I'm all set to build.

This Is my list parts and I want to know if these parts are compatible with each other? and would make a great gaming Rig and what suggestion would you have or what need to change?

Why are you asking if it'd make a great gaming rig if you already have all the parts except the CPU? You're kind of locked in.

Just build it and enjoy it.

 

If you're able to return stuff, the GPU will be outclassed in a couple of months, Intel already released a newer line of CPUs, and I have no idea why you have so many different SSDs. RAM is also a little on the slow side.

Spending 5.5k on a PC is not a good long term idea. Take $3k and put it into a 401k or something so you will have 20k to retire on. Just build this, but with a 3700x and a 2080S.

thanks and yes im not in a hurry i can easily sell and return items just looking for advance not a pc specs guy thanks for the Ram advance 

so what ram would be great for this rig and i know the GPU will be outclass soon im ok with that

since you already have these parts, i wont say anything about it.

you spent 5500 dollars on a pc, so im sure youll have money to spend in 3 months time

 

sell the rtx 2080ti and buy the new top end gpu that will release in 3 months time. you could do the same about the motherboard and cpu as well

If you can return items, get a Z490 board and a 10700k (if you want the same performance) or a 10900k if you're looking to spend the same amount, and get better performance. For the RAM, go with something 3600mhz and the lowest CAS you can, within your budget. I'd also strongly suggest not getting the GPU, and picking up something used for the mean time, then buying the card you want from the 3000 series when it launches; you're going to get monumentally more performance, especially if you're interested in using RTX, which I can only assume you are with a build of this caliber.

It's entirely possible that $5,500 really isn't that much in the grand scheme of his yearly earnings, and he is already contributing the max to a 401k.

Nearly everything overpriced: Mobo may ne good for OC but I don't think you'll need it, you won't ever need a 1200W PSU, way too expensive RAM, I'd spend max 200 on it, SN550 for 207$ is unbelievable and there are cheaper 2080TIs.

Yes, it can. If you're looking at the numbers on the Intel ARK website, that doesn't include the overclocking every Z series motherboard can do to the RAM.
