Motherboard TB350-BTC

Should I buy the motherboard TB350-BTC. I sold my am3+ board with the FX4300, it was a failed setup I didn't like it so I am starting a brand new one. I should order a mobo today so I was wondering if that is a good start. And please recommend me a good cheap cpu for it that can preform well.

You should not order any motherboard that's aimed for mining, as they will have crappy bioses, few supported cpus and shitty VRMs (because they assume you're gonna use cheapest cpu on them, and focus on video cards that mine, so vrm will be bad and without heatsinks, so fast cpus will throttle sometimes because vrm overheats)

idk i would 30 40$ I don't know how much they are but yea I would like to start low and upgrade later. I can't find any ryzen cpu for cheap near me for some reason so if there is any non-ryzen processors for that board that is cheap that would be great if not recommend me a ryzen one

I'm not looking for anything extreme like I said I was using a fx4300 before that

For the cpu , a 1200 af should be around 50 bucks and is a decent little chip ( it's basically a 3200g without the apu side of things ) 

As for the board, there are great boards that are around 70ish bucks like the b450 pro 4 

Something cheaper ( not good but will do for a 1200af ) is the ds3h

Cheaper B450 boards are preferable, to maintain the option to upgrade to 4th gen ryzen in the future.

I don't have a GPU, just the board, I said I wanted to buy it from a friend so It's practically mine I just have to pay for it(I'm a bit drunk sry)

If you own this motherboard, then make the most of it. Search for the Beta BIOS that allows you to use third gen Ryzen CPUs, it will be on the webpage for the motherboard.

 

If you can buy another motherboard, check out the tier list for cheap B450 options.

Tier E and up is recommended

The A320 board supports ryzen1 , 2 and 3 ... 65w tdp processors should work fine on it, and work perfectly if you add a 92-120mm fan blowing down in that area between cpu and io shield.

The cpus... you can get them from around 50$ and up

 

For the intel board, you can probably get cpus from around 40$ and up ... like celeron dual core g4930 that has about as much  performance as your fx-4300 but also has integrated graphics ... in theory you could later upgrade to something higher end, but the vrm on that board is kinda weak.

But I can only buy this board for this cheap. All other boards are really expensive here. Im getting it for cheap because the friend does not need it

The tb350-btc only supports Athlon X4 and Athlon II X4

2200g , 2400g (2400g is often expensive)

 

the board also supports pre-ryzen cpus , but probably not worth it, unless you can buy them really cheaply on ebay.
