Windows freezes for "no reason"

so, recently my PC has started freezing, completely on random, browsing the internet, playing games, doing nothing at all, just freeze for 5 seconds, pc restarts. several times per day at random intervals, any clue how to fix?

Not without additional information. First you need to figure out why this is happening, then we can talk about fixing whatever is causing it.

 

Best guess: Some hardware component it faulty. As @bmx6454 said, check event viewer, temps, see if your fans are spinning. If you have a HDD, check if it is making weird noises. How old is the power supply etc.?

CPU: i9 9900k
GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX 1080ti
C-drive: samsung evo 970 M.2
CPU cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R

RAM: G.Skill trident-z 3000mhz
Mobo: Asus ROG z390-F gaming.

 

temps are fine, the crashes are less prone to happening if im in any application that uses fullscreen, so gaming makes the crashes really rare, but opening chrome or pressing anything on the desktop can just freeze it 4 seconds after logging in

well, on the timestamp of the crash that event pops up, every one of those stamps is a crash-> reboot cycle.image.thumb.png.7c8dff5298f2a3fdb50b4ccdcd33bcc7.pngnt pops up,
