Do you need to plug in the fan header and the molex power?

My case came with 3 included fans, the fans have a 3-pin fan header and a molex power connector. Do I need to plug in the fan header and the molex or just one?

Some motherboard may only have a certain amount of fan headers on it, to avoid running out of fan headers, the fan will have a molex power connector so you can connect it directly to the power supply. It will stay at at a constant rpm, but it works out just fine. if you can plug it into the fan headers on the mobo, just do that.

Just one, never both. That may blow out whole fan. Maybe mobo too.
