Asus ROG B550-F + 3200MHZ 32GB RAM HELP

Go to solution Solved by Haro,

A couple of things

Update the bios

Set the soc to 1.1

Dram to 1.35

Try 3200

If it boots use memtest86 and/ or OCCT just to make sure it's stable

Quad sticks = same bandwidth just more pressure on both the imc and the Interconnect

So setting the soc to something a little bit higher will help

Good luck :D

So guys i have 2X CMW16GX4M2C3200C16 as ram 3200mhz so total of 4 sticks

When i enable DOCP in bios my system does not post when i remove the ram and insert one it boots

Why is this? can i overclock manually? and how ? what numbers?

at stock it runs 2133mhz so its not using max performance

Is there a difference if i use 2X8GB CMW16GX4M2C3200C16

or 4x8GB CMW32GX4M4C3200C16

Maybe you got unlucky with your CPU, 3200MHz on 4 sticks should be fairly easy with Zen 2.

Do what @TofuHaroto suggested, which is try bumping the SOC voltage to somewhere around 1.1-1.125V.

It's in the back of the RAM stick. Like the ver 3.32 on the image below.IMG_20180708_170645-1024x759.jpg

Now I'm late smh. I'm not very active on this forum.
