$350 for new pc parts want recommendations

Hello I have $350 dollars to spend on a new processor and I was looking at ryzen. The only problem is I have an amd fx 6300 so I meaning I have to get a new motherboard and ram. So I was curious what your recommendations are and what performance increase I could get. Thanks

To add to this, preferably cl16 and if you can fit it in your budget 3200mhz or 3600mhz (but not absolutely necessary)

If you already have a computer I'd just hold off for a couple of months and grab the 4000 series.

I would have to say that this setup would be best, with the option to upgrade to samsung b-die if you'd want to tune your memory speed and timings for an extra $30

Overall though this is well binned Hynix DJR so it should perform fairly well.
