The only `decompiler` they make is the `.Net` one and that is just a UI the provide that uses the system provided .Net decompiler.

They call it a decompiler. It's a decompiler. Suffice it to say, they're not some hobby decompiler project like lots of others are.

I have used this for work. They brand it as a decompiler and it is that but it is not doing the decompilation it is providing tools around the decompilation and a nice UI for it the decomilation is using tools provided by microsoft for .Net. What JetBrains have done is made the output fo those tools useful and made the way to use these tools useful. 

also this tool was not the tool that was being used when users had this issue.
