ltt store Can I still get a refund?

So I ordered a LTT Stealth hoodie on April 17 2020 and yet still haven't been delivered its been 2 months no update I was wondering if I could get a refund.I have decided to refund the product because of my current financial situation. with the quarantine thing.

Its possible the item has been shipped and is stuck somewhere between them and you in which case its not likely they'll refund you.

I take it the item has been sent? You should be able to view the order status in the email you got sent when you ordered it. It should also have tracking if it has been sent (at least what I ordered did).

 

@nicklmg Was helpful when they had a problem with my order via the store contact email.

i doubt they will refund you while the item is out. they can't exactly pull it back once it's been shipped.

 

at a minimum the merch will need to arrive, arrange a return and once they get confirmation it has been sent, either they will refund it on good will, or you will have to wait until it gets back to the warehouse.

Ok, so update Glady @nicklmg thankfully accepted my refund said
"Hey Karl,

At this time we have refunded the order. We ask that you refuse the shipment when it does arrive (it's already on its way to you, so there's no way for us to stop the shipment).
