From watching the video, I can't decide whether they're joking or being serious about this.

to be honest, i allways take stuff teksyndicate say about theses things, like the ISP problems, spying, and the audiophile crap wit a Huge boulder of salt.

but their reviews are very good, but they are not always unbiased.

I just think it's ridiculous what ISP's are trying to do, They need to constantly upgrade their infrastructure in the connectivity business our they will hold future tech back, if verizon for example struggles to load me a 1080p youtube or netflix stream

then what's going to encourage the entertainment business to push 4k if i can't even watch standard hd resolutions without paying an arm and a leg?

I generally take what logan says with a grain of salt. However, when Wendell talks about something, I know I can believe what he is saying. They're not paranoid, either. What is happening is a big issue and we need to be paranoid about it. The whole reason the NSA stuff hasn't stopped is because most people don't care.

to be totally honest i dont give a shit about NAS and their spying on people. if i dont want any one to know about something, i dont speak about it, i dont put in on my computer , or share it on Facebook.

and yes they are both very knowlegeble about computer stuff and other stuff like that. but let me tell you paranoia is a decease. and it spreads like wild fire. and to me its a very dumb concept. like i said if you dont want some thing to be known by others then dont share it. keep it personal.

It doesn't seem like you understand what the NSA does. They don't just collect public data. If that were the case then it wouldn't be such a big deal. But as it stands, the NSA can hear every call you make, read every text or private message you send, see your entire browsing history, and more. They illegally wiretap companies like Google and harvest any data they can.

How can you not care when a government organization is directly violating the constitution, and many laws along with it, and gets away with it?
