hello, i want to know if my upcoming "gaming" PC is fast. ( I already bought it lol but it has not yet arrived by mail)

i am not a hardcore gamer, just 1080p

well, it's fast enough for 1080p, that's for sure.

 

I think it could have been better if you didn't spend all that money on the windows license.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Looks like a decent spec. the CPU won't be the bottleneck. also depends on the title you're playing.

 

The 1650 should be ok, however the AAA titles might, stick around the 30fps mark

I would choose a 3300X ans a RX 570.

GPU is around 50% faster and CPU is better for gaming.

no I did not buy the license.
I can just arrange a free Windows 10 edu license for free through the school

 

i m planning to play sometimes GTA V.

the problem is, I'm not really a gamer.
but a fast computer is always nice.
but I bought GTA V on steam because it was on sale.

I say fast enough, tough I am not sure that board is good for a 8-core so do not even try that LMAO. 😂 GPU upgrade down the line wait for RDNA2 or RTX 3K

The 3300X is about 25% better in Singlethreading and just ~10% worse in Multithreading (both in Cinebench R20).
