Heyo. I was looking around for a radio for my drive bay and couldn't find anything and was wondering if anyone knows of any such attachments.

You'll have much better luck searching for TV tuners with radio option ... you can find pci-e x1 or usb tuners. 

 

Also, hows the situation in your area when it comes to OTA (over the air) free tv? In lots of big cities / places there's free OTA tv and lots of radio stations also broadcast audio only so you could use a DVB-T (or whatever the standard is in your country) tuner to receive digital audio from around you.
