CM6 screws or M3 x 3mm(5mm?) for Mounting 2.5 inch HDD in a case?

Im salvaging a 2.5 inch HDD from my Dad's 500GB external HDD because its USB port busted. I already got the vital files in it and formatted. Now, I want to mount it in the case but Idk what screws im going to buy/use.

I searched at google first but only one is a bit clear. It is from another forum and the answer was a Pic from Phanteks (refer to the pic below).

I see that the CM6 #11 screw that the pic is referring is used in on mounting in my HDD and the Optical Drive(I kept that otherwise there will be a big mouth in-front of my old-fashion case).

But I read that M3x3 is better or maybe the M3x5 that the pic is referring to.

So which screw should I use?
