Dark rock 4 or arctic freezer esports duo

I have an i5 9400f and was planning on upgrading to ryzen 4600 when it releases could you guys help me out on choosing one of these coolers

Technically speaking the dark rock pro 4 BY A MILE but it's really over kill and you probably won't need something more than a stock cooler for the 4600 assuming it's gonna be around the tdp of the 3600 

But if you still want an aftermarket cooler 

The Arctic freezer will be way more than enough

Edit : I just noticed it was the rock 4 and not the pro 

Both are similar my bad lmao 😅
