Other details: No HDD I prefer high storage SSD, also the case as to be the Phanteks Eclipse P400.

If you have extra you can get a 6C/12T as it may have better performance in programming. Also, the Earthwatts is not too bad as your house won't burn down and it quite budget.

that's a rather crappy PSU, the gigabyte P650B is much better for less.
