Greetings, I have a few questions about the G4ME One and would like to hear what you think about it.

 

How good is the mic? How good is the sound of it? Is it durable? If you could answer any of those questions I would be forever grateful.

Mic is a great for a headset mic and if you like boom mics.

Sounds is like HD555s so decent but not mind blowing amazing.

Sennheiser while using plastic have fairly robust quality.

The build quality is great, so physically it's a durable headset. The mic while I haven't tried myself, reviews on youtube shows that it's a good quality mic.

When I said they are the same shit I mean its just a new paint job but being the same they are all top notch and sound fantastic. The mic is top notch and have nothing bad to say about it. No comment an audio technica headsets since I have never used one.

Is the mic unidirectional? or it grabs noise from all around the room?

http://goo.gl/DmPEZM then go to technical data. The mic is a condenser mic with a cardioid pattern. That would be considered fairly uni directional. I have never had it pick up anything but me or when I adjust the mic. It should be noted I use it with a Creative ZxR.

The thing about the ATH-ADG1 is it's fucking expensive. The only really recommendable headset is the Sennheiser PC 360 IF you're in the US because it's at a reasonable price currently.
