Good deal?

This guy in town selling i7 7700k, z270 ROG Strix mini-itx, 16 gb ram.

for 250$ us.

Should I snag it?

I'm thinking on passing on the offer. The platform is dead or at least close to and there's no upgrade path with it either.

so this costs  the same, performs a bit better, has a decent upgrade path and it's made of NEW components, not used. 

I'd only get the 7700k pack for under $180
