I purchased Corsair cable kit few month ago, and I am not satisfied with the build quality.

The cables are really stiff and really hard to work with. Some cables are twisted from the connector, and they are never parallel no matter how much cable combs I use.

I am considering buying CableMod cables. I have few questions :

Is it safe to use third-party PSU cables?

How is the quality of CableMod cables?

Do CableMod cables have "in-cable capacitors"? If not, will that affect anything?

My PSU : RM750x

So long as they're good like cable mod, you'll be fine. Dont buy Chinese cables

And please make sure if they are cables and not extensions that they are made specifically for your PSU because wiring is different with almost every PSU

Go look at the ATX pin out. It's standard now

LOL!  Do you really think modular cables are all one to one?

Now look at the pin-out on the other side of the cable:  https://www.modders-inc.com/power-supply-pinout-repository/
