Vertical Line Elgato HD60

Hi, when I plug my console into my HD60, there are weird lines on the screen. They don’t appear in the software, any suggestions on how to fix?

That's something related to cable you are using, or refresh rate. Or stuff like that.

Could be the usb port. I had some issues refresh rate issues when i used a sub-standard usb 3 port
