Ryzen 3500 on asrock a320m-hdv

Will use this motherboard as my backup board until my original one comes back from rma. Will this work?

  • AMD Ryzen 7 5700X Stock
  • B550 Aorus Elite V2 Rev1.2
  • G.Skill TridentZ RGB 3600Mhz 32gb (8gb x4)
  • MSI Mech 2X RX6600
  • Deepcool AK620 WH
  • Deepcool CK500 WH
  • Kingston A2000 250gb + WD Blue 1tb HDD, Sn550 1tb + MX500 1000gb
  • Antec EAG Pro 750 80+G
  • Benq Mobiuz EX2510 144Hz

According to the support page on ASRock’s website, yes it does, but only with an updated BIOS (version P6.00 or higher). It it doesn’t already have that BIOS then you’d need to have an older CPU that is supported by whatever bios it has, since this board does not have BIOS Flashback

I mean from vrm or other stand point. Board already comes with 3000 series support.
