Much better budget utilization here.

 

B450 is EOL (end of life) so go X570, unfortunately no B550 yet.

R5 3600 is a cool running chip an AIO is not needed at all. Stock cooler is fine, if not a small air cooler will be great.

Two single channel sticks of RAM is not the same as dual channel, not recommended at all when a 2x16GB 3200MHz CL16 kit costs the same.

2070S is a good card but poor value, and you will have some real buyers remorse when Nvida launches their newest GPU's in a few months, either wait or get the RX 5700XT. The 5700XT is nearly equal with regards to gaming performance, costs less than a 2060s. 

Cases come down to personal preferences, but that HAF series is like 5 years old and unless you need external 3.5" and 5.25" enclosures it makes no sense in 2020.

Better PSU.

First question is do you have a monitor that can take advantage of higher refresh rates? If not maybe consider one as it really improves the experience, second do you need a PC right now? If not wait until ryzen 4000 comes out as its rumoured to be really amazing. If you want a PC now and you want a good high refresh rate experience I would recommend a 2060 super instead of the 2070 super and buy a high refresh rate monitor, also you said you're doing gaming a lite streaming you don't need 32gb for that get a 2x8 3200/3600 ram for around £70-80.also do you need that case you chose as again you can save a bit and go with one for around 70-80 to free up a bit of budget to get the most bang for your buck. You could even put that spare money towards a better keyboard or better monitor.

 

Also this is personal experience but like the person above mentioned the RX 5700xt is good value however and have been known for poor drivers although that may not be the case but like I said its preference depends where you live to in the UK a 5700xt is £30 more and only 9% faster so consider that too if it's cheaper where you live I would consider it.

 

Also when it comes to cooler me and two of my friends have both experienced that temps are quite high with the stock cooler 90c max when under load and so if you want best bang for your buck get a noctua cooler or be quiet if you have spare budget and want to spend it on an aio then go for it but ideally get a noctua fan.

 

The motherboard I wouldn't go x570 no need you will 0 advantages over b450 with a ryzen 5 3600, either get b450 or b550 when it comes out but no need to waste money on an x570

Change that motherboard, the reviews for it are giving me red flags. With the budget you have, you can do a lot better than that. You might as well go full tilt and get a high end motherboard, like the Gigabyte X570 Auros Master linked below. I have one myself, so I can vouch for it. The last thing you want to be cheap with is the motherboard. Whenever reviewers start crying the blues about a motherboards lack of overclocking potential, in any way shape or form, always avoid it like the plague, specifically if you are trying to run any high performance applications, video games being chief among them. You don't want to give your computer an excuse to go haywire, crashing and such.

If they want the ability to upgrade to Ryzen 4000 series on their board anytime in the future, X570 is the only option if they need to build now (ie not wait for B550). Otherwise I'd completely agree with you (frankly, before the announcement I'd have agreed with you outright)

Why would it crash ? Even a low end board could handle an R5 3600. Something like a Tomahawk MAX for $110 can handle a 3900X/3950X at stock. Also there is no such thing as a gaming motherboard.

Well, they don't call them "low end" since its considered demeaning. In I.T, they prefer the term "entry level". Once you knock the price down to that level, the motherboards ability to handle any real stress from high performance applications like video games becomes the issue. Some of them are decent, while some of them are pieces of shit. The matter is real simple to me, if the damn thing is being sold to the customer as being built for gaming, then that makes it a gaming motherboard no matter how you look at it. I gave my straight forward advice for him after he picked a board that doesn't overclock well. Any time I see language like this for a motherboard that is marketed to GAMERS, it is a red flag, lock step.

If you are just gaming then you won't have the same stress on the cpu like you would if you were using Blender and using the cpu to render. A sub $100 board like the MSI B450-A PRO MAX is perfectly capable of running a 12/16 core in that scenario. In fact Hardware Unboxed tested a 3950X on a Tomahawk and it was fine when stressing the cpu with Blender.

 

Again there is no such thing as a gaming motherboard. That is just marketing crap. A Motherboard that is used for 'Gaming' can also be used in a workstation build or even just a pc for browsing the internet if you wanted. Also no real point in manual overclocking Ryzen anyway.

Well, like I said, some of them are decent, while others are hot garbage. The overclocking itself isn't really my concern. The game will still crash if he is overclocking or not. This is what I am starting to find out time and again here whenever I look at the motherboard.

Why will it crash ? That Gigabyte board isn't the best, but it is certainly good enough for an R5 3600. I wouldn't buy one myself as MSI have better options on B450.

ive changed the motherboard to the https://pcpartpicker.com/product/jcYQzy/msi-b450-tomahawk-max-atx-am4-motherboard-b450-tomahawk-max. The only reason why i wanted the gigabtye motherboard instead was bc it had built in wifi but i realised i could just get a wifi card

That motherboard is fine, haven't seen anything about its VRM's giving tester's a hard time. You just won't be able to upgrade the CPU beyond the Ryzen 3000 series chip set.

I dont overclock my pc bc i dont wanna mess something up. And ive had a i5 7500 ever since it came out and its struggling to play at 1080p. So anything better than that and can play at 1080p is fine by me. I dont plan on upgrading my pc once i get for a very long time.

Oh, shit, of course that CPU is going to struggle to play much of anything intensive with it only having 4 cores and 4 threads. Even a low end Ryzen 3 3300X beats the piss out of that CPU. A Ryzen 5 3600 is head and shoulders above an I5 7500, so you'll be just fine.

 Well, all the better. It means the CPU will have less to deal with since multiplayer games tends to be a bit more CPU intensive than single player, unless we're talking open world, rpg games like Read Dead Redemption 2.

This being said, go with a dual channel kit if its cheaper, but get the individual sticks if they are cheaper, though normally the kit is the cheaper of the two.
