Need help with building PC [$1800 CAD]

Budget (including currency): $1800 CAD including tax. (I guess 1600 before tax)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: COD Warzone, GTA5 Online, Battle V, Battlefield I, League of Legends. Apex Legends. Photoshop.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I will be purchasing parts in Ontario, Canada in the GTA region. I only need the tower and contain all the peripherals. I am upgrading from a 6 year old HP laptop with 16GB of ram, GTX850m video card and i7 2.30GHz processor. I am looking to build it over the next 2 weeks. For now I will just be playing at 144hz, 1920 x 1080 monitor. Maybe, next summer I will upgrade my monitor to 4k resolution.The parts I already have are:

• Keyboard: Corsair K70
• Mouse: Corsair M95
• Headset: ATH-M50x

I don't really care about RGB, just looking for the best performance.

I would wait for Nvidia’s new gpus and AMD’s 4000 series CPUs unless you’re building this now.
