Do I need anything extra or do I just put the top on top of the Ssd

Screw it in place so it doesn't lift back up and thats it.

Peel the film off the top cover and then screw it all down together.

If that's the heatsink on the bottom of the photo make sure you take that blue sticker off first before putting it on top.
