Logitech k120. Cheap, quality and good. For 25 you are not finding any mechanical ones. Let alone smaller ones that are not crap.

Yeh, you're not going to get anything in that price range.  Save up for a Redragon or Velocifire (if you can find one in stock), they usually go for around 35 - 50

Not at all aukey make some how good they are is questionable but better than membrane imo none the less.

 

i have a blue one gateron switches I believe here somewhere and it’s lasted not too bad. I paid like 15 quid for it.
