Yes.

Case fits cooler up to 165mm, cooler is 163mm tall (plus I built a PC using these two products and it worked, so can confirm)

DRP4 is 162.8mm in height, and the H510 allows 165mm of clearance for the CPU cooler. So on paper, yes.

If the RAM is not super tall, it will fit just fine.

RAM under 40mm will fit under the default fan height, but you can switch the height a bit still. So realistically, RAM under 43mm will fit.

TridentZ memory will probably barely fit under the fan, or you can just move the fan to the other side.

LPX will fit easily.

No, why would it?

I mean, you could make the argument that with the big fans you either have air exhausting from the cooler going to the back or top, but I would hardly call that restrictive airflow.

I might have a look in November when I buy my parts and see if the h710 comes any cheaper because it has more cpu cooler clearance
