They are PWM controlled and come with cables to chain them together so you can control many off one header.   You should be able to add them to the Z1 case to greatly improve airflow.

 

I’m buying a new case tomorrow with 4 new fans

I hope that it’ll do the work and my cpu will have normal temperature
