Hello, fellow members of the human race.

 

Remember the Pokemon that had the most health 3 years ago? It was Mega Wailord EX from Pokemon XY, with 250 HP.

If you whipped this out in a battle, you would be respected.

What about today? It's Snorlax VMAX from Pokemon Sword & Shield, with a whopping 340 HP, the highest allowed in tournaments.

We must unite to face this Gordian knot. Pokemon Card HP is spiraling out of control, and envision 3 years from now if the problem wasn't solved. Pokemon with 400+ HP would become the norm, 500+ was within the realm of possibility, even 600 HP, attainable with a Primal Mega UltraPoint Snorlax EX V XYZ.

 

We must put an end to this madness.

I remember when it was insane to see Blissey and Charizard at 120HP and then later on a Wailord at 200HP :o 

But I have not been into Pokemon cards are much as I used to be, so whatever

power creep is present in all games its just the way it goes. when they add something new it has to be more powerful than the old things or else no one will care about it

Y'know when I was 8 and still playing pokemon, 120HP was OP and not every mid tier pokemon card now.
